1. Rights in the content

Unless otherwise stated, the content of the ACE Batt website is owned by ACE Power Electronics or used under a valid licence and is protected by Greek, European and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Photographs, images and illustrations.
  • Drawings, diagrams and graphics.
  • Datasheets, catalogues and presentations.
  • Videos and other audiovisual material.
  • Icons, design elements and layouts.
  • Databases and collections of information.
  • Software and technical components of the website.

Access to the website does not imply the granting or transfer of any rights in its content.

2. Trademarks

The names, distinctive signs, logos and trademarks of ACE Batt and ACE Power Electronics are owned by ACE Power Electronics or used under a valid legal right.

Third-party trademarks and logos displayed on the website belong to their respective rights holders.

Their display does not imply any transfer of rights and does not, in itself, establish any relationship of representation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement beyond what is expressly stated.

Viewing and downloading the available content is permitted solely for:

The above restrictions do not affect uses expressly permitted by mandatory provisions of law, such as quoting short extracts with clear attribution of the source, where permitted.

6. Links to the website

Creating a simple link to a publicly available page of the website is permitted, provided that:

  • The source of the content is not concealed.
  • No framing is used.
  • No misleading impression of partnership, sponsorship or endorsement is created.
  • The link does not originate from a website containing unlawful, offensive or misleading content.
